We surprised the kids with a quick stop at Disneyland (See their reaction Here)!
Nikki and I took turns going on rides while the other hung out with Wil. It was my turn with Wil and my after-lunch sweet tooth was craving a Churro. You can not visit Disneyland without getting a churro, I could eat 5 of them in one sitting. After paying the cashier I looked back down at Wil and he was no longer in his stroller! My heart was racing. I was certain I had buckled him knowing very well that his desire to fly was overpowering him in Disneyland. As I poked my head above the busy crowd I spotted his yellow shirt in a quiet section of the busy plaza. As I drew closer I found him having a non-verbal conversation with none other than Mickey himself. My initial reaction of frustration soon left me as I watched him giggle and smile with his new friend. Soon the word got out that Mickey was in the area and the crowds began to converge in our direction. As the crowd gathered Wil glided back over to me and placed himself back in the stroller with a content smile on his face.
Ali told me that all of your dreams come true when you are in Disneyland, I think I believe her.
