As we pulled into San Francisco after a long drive north, my first priority was getting awesome food, the kid’s first priority was going to the ocean and Nikki’s first priority was doing anything except being in an RV. The last thing on our minds was making a reservation for a place to stay. It was already late when we pulled into San Francisco but I really wanted to watch the sun go down at Lands End. After discovering hurricane-force winds at Lands End we decided to focus on dinner and an RV park for the night. This is when Nikki and I both started getting nervous. In our excitement of entering San Francisco we had forgotten about Memorial Day weekend, the few RV parks in or near SF were all booked. A Walmart was not an option. Food was also proving to be a problem since parking an RV in the city was nearly impossible. Watch the vlog below to see how Nikki’s ideas saved us from sleeping in the airport parking lot.
