We are excited to announce that October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month and in celebration of this special month, we have compiled some of the most recent photos of Wil flying at home and across the country.

    These are beautiful. My eyes are welling with happiness. I have worked with Downs people of all ages, and they are rhe kindest, gentlest, most loving humans you’ll ever know. My husband and I recently met a man, a surgeon, who moved with his family to the USA because his 7 year-old daughter is Downs, and he said while she would receive wonderful medical care in Egypt, he wanted her in a country where she would feel accepted and valued. The family considered America and Europe, and said the USA was by far the best place. He said when his wife found out that there was a waiting list to adopt Downs children in the US, she wept and said that was the place to be. He told us that his daughter is his princess and his blessing. Your son is obviously as great a blessing to you as you are to him. All the best of everything to you and yours.

    These are just great! Thanks for sharing your talent and a piece of your heart. The pictures made me laugh and sniffle with joy all at the same time. Our “Wil” is a beautiful daughter, who is 17 1/2 and going on 30! What an amazing journey we have been on and continue to experience and you have only just begun!
